Today was the last day at my company of a consultant who's off to new challenges. I think Tom Ferguson is one of the most talented guys I've worked with in quite a while and would be willing to bring him into any project I work on in the future. His dotnet and in particular ASP.Net lie somewhere between really good and exceptional.
